In week 16 2016 all the 112 districts reported with an average reporting rate of 77%. 12 (11%) districts had 100% all of their health facilities reporting and 52% of the districts achieved the national target reporting rate of at least 80%. No district had less than a third of their facilities reporting this week. The district level performances in week 16 have been presented in the figures below;
